From Italy to NY…
We opened our doors on Sept. 3rd, 2017. My sister Martina and I embarked on a journey to turn modern and classical recipes into vegan/plant based dishes.
After three amazing years in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn, we decided to move our coffee shop operations to Long Beach, NY.
We love the vibe of this small community where we can provide a unique and healthy service for all the people who love a clean and pure lifestyle.

As usual, the love for food brings other adventures. Eddie, our most beloved barista, and my sister got married, and now they both manage Fermento with greatest dedication to our customers.
